Amnesty International & Reggie Yates present:

From London to Lilongwe

Broadcaster, writer and director Reggie Yates has joined forces with Amnesty International to create a collection of photographs of people in the UK to throw a new spotlight on people living with albinism in Malawi.

Pop in to this free exhibition in London’s Huck Art Gallery in Shoreditch on 16 and 17 December to see the exhibition Reggie has put together.

In Malawi, people with albinism are in danger of being abducted, mutilated or even killed because of false beliefs and superstitions. Attacks against Malawians with albinism are rising: there have been six reported killings in 2016.

This powerful exhibition shows people with albinism from across the UK proclaiming the simple message that we are all born free and equal and all of us have rights. The photos send a message of hope and solidarity to those facing danger in Malawi.
