Don’t Be A Dick
An exhibition of the WeGotTickets INDIE50

Photographer Dan Wilton and journalist Josh Jones travelled from Totnes to Glasgow, and everywhere in between, to meet, photograph and interview the INDIE50 – capturing this vital, diverse, group of pros and passionate behind-the-scene-ers that help make the independent music scene what it is today.

Shot exclusively on 35mm film and exhibited as uncropped prints, the exhibition also features an accompanying limited edition zine.

WeGotTickets has been one of many cogs in the live music world for 15 years and have witnessed everything that goes into making the beautiful madness that is the UK’s independent scene. With the INDIE50 we recognise fifty people in this world – promoters, bookers, managers, labels, venue owners, radio station managers, fans, digital impresarios, festival organisers and collectives, and find 50 totally unique perspectives on what it means to be independent in 2016.

The exhibition runs from 2nd – 8th September. There will be a private view from 6 – 9pm on 1st September.
