71A GALLERY PRESENTS
The Hypercycle Sessions: Episode 3 – The Inconvenient Truth For Culture II
The Hypercycle is everywhere. If we continue to treat the creative work of today in the throwaway manner that we see all around us, if the language and understanding of the creative process continues to be taken for granted, then this Hypercycle will continue to takeover and nothing but creative disorientation will emerge. This is the inconvenient truth for culture.
Following up from the successful introduction to The Hypercycle Sessions at 71A by Dannie-Lu Carr in early April and Timba Smits’ ‘Remembering Your Creative Voice’ in May, Episode 3 will see the wise, wonderful Alice Kornitzer, dramaturg, writer and director, and the inspiration that is Diane Goldie, artist and maker of wearable art. Plus the regular update from founder Dannie-Lu Carr on all Hypercycle related developments.
Places are extremely limited!
